The BRAS Maestrale line of commercial cold drink dispensers is an Italian-engineered solution designed for efficiently chilling and serving non-carbonated beverages, including natural juices, iced teas, milk, and lemonades. Built with durable, food-grade polycarbonate bowls and sleek stainless steel housing, these units feature a magnetic drive system that completely isolates the motor to eliminate leak points.

The Maestrale family offers versatile bowl configurations—ranging from the compact Maestrale Extra 1 up to the high-capacity Extra 2, Extra 3, and Extra 4 models—with each individual bowl holding 12 liters of liquid.

Buyers can select between two distinct mixing mechanisms to suit their specific menu: the "AA" versions utilize a gentle paddle agitator ideal for pulpy juices, milk, and beverages prone to foaming, while the "PUMP" versions employ an internal magnetic spray pump to create a vibrant fountain effect perfect for clear teas and lemonades.
