Shipping policy

We can ship to virtually any address within Australia. Note that there are restrictions on some products (size and weight), and some products cannot be shipped to some destinations. We send heaps of parts all over the world using DHL and Australia Post airfreight and in accordance with the OFAC regulations, we do not ship to the following countries: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Libya, Balkans, Cote d’Ivoire, Congo, Iraq, Liberia, Sudan, Syria and Zimbabwe. We are currently successfully exporting our famous FRUCHILLA range concentrate overseas and are always happy to provide more countries the opportunities of selling the best Slushie mix in the world(as far as we believe!) 

Please contact us at info@icm8.com.au for more information about shipping. ALL INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING THEIR OWN LOCAL DUTIES, TAXES AND CUSTOM DOCUMENTATION FEES, WHICH ARE NOT COVERED IN THIS SHIPPING COSTS CALCULATED ON THIS SHOPPING CART. These costs are billed and payed directly through the carrier. The risk of loss or damage in shipping is governed by terms and claims processing procedures of the carrier.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Slushie Machines are generally heavier and bulkier items, this may incur additional charges depending on which Slushie Machine is selected and where it is being shipped to. The Slushie Machines which we sell are generally 230V and are designed to use in the Australian, European and other markets which are 220-240V, not the 110-120V US market. However, speak to us and we can see what we can do.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full dollar. We reserve the right to adjust shipping accordingly including allowing free pick up from our Cheltenham warehouse. Prices are subject to change without notice as per the transport company shipping costs that are passed on.
