Evaporator Spring Fixing Probe
Used in newer Carpigiani, Sencotel, GBG and many more Slushie Machines which use digital temperature displays. These machines use probes to detect the temperature of the Slush in the tank.
This part is used to secure the probe to the evaporator so that it better reads the temperature of the contents in the tank.
