Soft Serve Mixing Instructions
- 1kg Premium Base Bag
- Add 2.5L of liquid
- Option 1: 2.5L water
- Option 2 (creamier): 1L milk + 1.5L water
- Yields 3.5L of finished mix
- When used in a pump machine: 5L yield

Gelato Mixing Instructions

- Add 1L of milk liquid
- Add Flavour to suit eg Pistachio paste 100gms
- Yields 2L of finished mix
- When used in a Gelato machine: 3L yield
